- Secretary General
Secretary General has responsibilities regarding ensuring and managing cooperation and coordination between the units, crating agenda for the meetings of Executive Board and Assembly and determining the principles of chamber’s staff policy.
- Deputy Secretary General
Assistant Secretary General has responsibilities regarding carrying out the Foreign Economic Relations Board representation and preparing required reports by the Foreign Economic Relations Board, performing organizations and organizing seminars, conferences, panels and events on issues related to EU.
- Manager of the Registry of Commerce
Manager of the Registry of Commerce has responsibilities regarding ensuring coordination with other units of Trade Registry Office, keeping and saving trade registry record of companies and providing information related to registration process and editing documents.
- Assistant Manager of the Registry of Commerce
Assistant Manager of the Registry of Commerce has responsibilities regarding editing the certificate of registry requested by registered companies in the Commercial Register, real estate saving documents, partnership status certificate, etc. and bankruptcy concordat documents.
- Management System and Accreditation Officer
Management System and Accreditation Officer has responsibilities regarding fulfilling the requirements of accreditation system and monitoring timeliness of documents related to accreditation system and preparing, assessing and reporting member satisfaction surveys.
- Chamber Registration Officer
Chamber Registration Officer has responsibilities regarding editing and delivering identity cards of members and editing and saving user files in accordance with the regulations.
- Industry Registration Officer
Industry Registration Officer has responsibilities regarding preparing, delivering and archiving of preliminary study of the capacity report in accordance with demands of the members, carrying out expertise processes about manufacturing, machinery, construction and materials and keeping and updating a list of exporting firms.
- Accounting Officer
Accounting Officer has responsibilities regarding preparing monthly trial balance sheet, carrying out the duties set out in the Accounting Directives and preparing statement of receipts and payments.
Treasurer has responsibilities regarding performing the tasks set out in the Accounting Directives and conducting operations performed by the Chamber regarding the protection of consumers.
- Press and Public Relations Officer
Press and Public Relations Officer has responsibilities regarding establishing a dialogue between representatives of media and Chamber members and informing them about the news, updating website and transferring new information and preparing publications, newsletters, brochures, catalogs related to activities carried out by the Chamber.
- Foreign Market Research Officer
Foreign Market Research Officer has responsibilities regarding doing research on market prices requested by institutions, individuals and organizations and recording, delivering these documents.
Expert has responsibilities regarding preparing annual economic and socio-economic reports, conducting research on economic issues, evaluating the results of reports and keeping, evaluating, reporting and updating economic and sectorial statistics.
- Information Processing Specialist
Information Technology Officer has responsibilities regarding making adjustments to ensure the communication of networked computers and working conditions and building and monitoring technical infrastructure for digital archive system.
